Pre-Order Policy
Section 1: Definition
Pre-Order refers to a product that is not readily available for fulfillment but will be on hand and available at a later date.
By placing a Pre-Order, this guarantees that you will receive the product once it has finished production and is on hand for fulfillment.
Section 2: Availability
- All Pre-Order arrival dates are an estimate which are subject to change for any of the following reasons which are out of our control:
- Production delays/issues
- Material supplier delays/issues
- Quality control issues
- Shipping delays/issues
- Worker strikes
- Pandemic disease
- Natural disasters or act of God
- etc
- We do our best to provide an accurate estimated availability for all of our Pre-Order items per our Manufacturer, however, this may not always be accurate. We appreciate all patience and understanding with regards to possible delays.
Section 3: Fulfillment
All orders containing Pre-Order items will ship once all items within that order are on hand and ready for fulfillment. Users are not to assume that their order will partially ship when placing an order containing Pre-Order items.
If you would like your order to ship sooner, we recommend placing orders for Pre-Order item(s) separate from regular on hand item(s).
Please contact us via our website support chat if you would like to modify your order(s) to have Pre-Order items separated from your order(s).
Section 4: Updates
The latest Pre-Order product updates can always be found within the product listing.

Section 5: Cancelation
- Users have 7 days to request a Pre-Order cancelation. The company will not provide cancelations for any requests received after 7 or more days have elapsed from the order date;
- Users agree to follow the process noted above and to abide by any service terms set by the company.
