Product Status Updates

Unfortunately, due to the current tariff situation, we are unable to have our orders shipped and delivered to us within a reasonable timeline. To be honest, the massive costs of the tariffs are something we cannot afford. We have been doing our best to work on alternatives with our manufacturers but have not been able to hone in on anything that we would feel comfortable with. As a result, all Pre-Order deck boxes and plushies will be postponed indefinitely until the tariffs have been significantly reduced/removed.

For those who want to opt out of any pending Pre-Orders, unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds for orders that are 6+ months old. However, we are providing an alternative to opt out of your Pre-Orders by being able to exchange that item for credit that can be used towards other items in our store. Please see below for how much credit we are providing for each Pre-Order item that we can exchange for credit towards something else:

For all who ordered the Kitt, Inventor Extraordinaire Deck Box and FC bundle, the deck boxes are on hand but the field centers are still pending. We have the following options for you:

  1. We can ship the deck box as is but we will have to charge you an additional shipping fee to ship the field center when it arrives. If you plan to place a new order for on hand items in our store when the field center arrives to offset the additional shipping charge, please let us know so we can make a note in your order.
  2. We can replace the field center with any of our single sided field centers or tokens that are in stock. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OPTION
  3. Wait for the field center to arrive and the order will ship once it gets here.
