Unfortunately, we have decided to cancel and refund all Pre-Orders. For any orders placed using PayPal, those orders have been refunded as store credit since we are unable to provide a refund back to the original payment method. To use the store credit, you have to log into your shop account using the email that was used in your original order. A check box saying "Apply Store Credit" will appear under payment methods at checkout.

 

For any orders that contain a mix of Pre-Order items and on hand items, we will be handling these orders through out the week by shipping out the on hand items and refunding the Pre-Order items that are not available. Again, any orders made via PayPal will be refunded via store credit while all other payment methods will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

For all who ordered the Kitt, Inventor Extraordinaire Deck Box and FC bundle, the deck boxes are on hand but the field centers are still pending. We have the following options for you:

  1. We can ship the deck box as is but we will have to charge you an additional shipping fee to ship the field center when it arrives. If you plan to place a new order for on hand items in our store when the field center arrives to offset the additional shipping charge, please let us know so we can make a note in your order.
  2. We can replace the field center with any of our single sided field centers or tokens that are in stock. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OPTION
  3. Wait for the field center to arrive and the order will ship once it gets here. We are currently expecting them to arrive some time late March / early April.
